VIT88 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

By creating a VIT88 account or using any VIT88 service, you enter into a binding agreement under these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must not register, deposit, claim a promotion or place a casino or sports wager.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms together with the VIT88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Game-specific rules, sportsbook market rules and promotion conditions are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where a specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule will govern that game, market or promotion.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following meanings apply:

• “Account” means a registered personal player profile used to access VIT88 services.
• “Bonus Funds” means promotional credit subject to separate wagering or eligibility requirements.
• “Cash Balance” means cleared funds that are not restricted by active bonus conditions.
• “Game” includes slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, sports markets and any other wagering product offered by VIT88.
• “MYR” or “RM” means Malaysian Ringgit, where available as the account currency.
• “Player”, “you” or “your” means the individual who registers and uses an Account.
• “VIT88”, “we”, “us” or “our” means the operator providing the services described in this agreement.

Account Eligibility

You may use VIT88 only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to understand and follow local requirements before using the service.

An Account must be opened for personal entertainment only. You may not register for another person, act as an agent, operate a shared account or allow any third party to use your credentials. Only one Account is permitted per person, household, device, payment method or shared network unless VIT88 has confirmed otherwise in writing.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers and persons with access to confidential technical or trading information may be restricted from participating. VIT88 may decline registration where required by compliance, fraud prevention or safer-gambling controls.

Registration, Verification and Account Security

Registration information must be complete, accurate and current. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential details, phone number and any information requested for identity checks. You must promptly correct information that changes.

VIT88 may request an identity document, proof of address, source-of-funds information or evidence that you own a payment method. Verification may occur at registration, before withdrawal, when account activity changes or whenever required for legal and security purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in transaction delay, restriction or closure.

You must keep your password and security details confidential. Activity completed through correctly entered credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified VIT88 promptly of suspected compromise. Contact support immediately if your device, password or registered payment information may have been accessed without permission.

Deposits, Payment Methods and Account Funds

Deposits may be made through the methods shown within the VIT88 cashier, which may include FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and supported digital assets. Availability, processing limits and timing may differ by account and may change without notice.

You must use a payment method held in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited. Funds may be rejected or returned where ownership cannot be confirmed, a payment is reversed, or the transaction triggers financial-crime or fraud controls. VIT88 is not a bank, and no interest is paid on account balances.

Withdrawals and Payment Reviews

Withdrawal requests are subject to available cleared funds, account verification, payment ownership checks and any valid wagering requirement. Where practicable, funds will be returned through the same method used to deposit. An alternative method may be required for operational, security or compliance reasons.

Advertised processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. A request may take longer where documents are incomplete, a bank or e-wallet experiences downtime, a transaction requires enhanced review, or activity indicates potential fraud, collusion or prohibited conduct. VIT88 may divide a large payment into reasonable instalments where payment-provider limits apply.

Incorrect bank details, wallet addresses or recipient information supplied by a player may cause delay or irreversible loss. You must review all payment details before confirming a request.

Casino, Sportsbook and Settlement Rules

A wager is accepted only when recorded by VIT88 and reflected in the Account history. A displayed selection, stake or odds figure does not confirm acceptance until the transaction is completed. You must review each wager before confirmation because an accepted wager generally cannot be cancelled at the player's request.

Sports Betting

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and Mix Parlay selections, are settled using the result recognised by the relevant governing body or reliable data source at the time of settlement. Later disciplinary decisions ordinarily do not change a settled market unless the applicable market rule states otherwise.

Casino Games

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable live-dealer procedure or certified random number generator. If a game is interrupted, the server record is authoritative. Unfinished rounds may be restored, completed or voided according to the supplier's technical rules.

VIT88 may correct an obvious pricing, payout or settlement error. Where a reasonable player should have recognised an incorrect odds line or payment, the affected wager may be voided and the Account restored to the position that would have applied without the error.

Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions may be restricted by registration date, payment method, game category, location, VIP tier or other reasonable eligibility criteria. A player may receive one welcome offer per person, household, device, payment source or shared network unless the promotion expressly allows otherwise.

Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, validity periods and withdrawal caps are set out in the applicable promotion conditions. Bonus Funds may expire if requirements are not completed within the specified period. Withdrawing while a bonus is active may cancel the remaining bonus and related winnings where the promotion terms clearly state this outcome.

Birthday, referral, reload, cashback and crypto deposit rewards are discretionary offers rather than guaranteed entitlements. VIT88 may withhold or remove a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk wagering designed solely to release a bonus, or other promotion abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use VIT88 to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent or unfair conduct. Prohibited activity includes:

• providing false documents or impersonating another person;
• using third-party funds, stolen payment credentials or unauthorised accounts;
• operating duplicate Accounts or coordinating bets to obtain an unfair benefit;
• using bots, scripts, scraping tools or automated decision software;
• exploiting a game fault, delayed data feed, obvious odds error or technical vulnerability;
• laundering money, cycling funds without genuine play or concealing the source of funds;
• threatening, harassing or abusing VIT88 staff or other users; or
• attempting to interfere with website security, availability or game integrity.

VIT88 may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict affected funds and share relevant information where disclosure is legally required. Any action taken will reflect the available evidence, contractual rights and applicable obligations.

Responsible Gambling and Age Protection

VIT88 services are strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. You must gamble only with money you can afford to lose and must not treat casino games or sports betting as employment, investment or guaranteed income.

Account tools may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A request to self-exclude will be handled according to the selected period and cannot ordinarily be reversed before it expires. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another Account.

Privacy, Records and Communications

Service communications concerning security, transactions, verification or material contractual changes may be sent regardless of marketing preferences. Promotional communication choices can be updated through available account or support channels. VIT88 may retain transaction and gameplay records where necessary for legal, operational and dispute-resolution purposes.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request Account closure at any time. Before closure, VIT88 may complete verification and settle an eligible Cash Balance. Bonus Funds, pending rewards and entries that are not withdrawable under their applicable rules may be cancelled.

VIT88 may temporarily restrict or permanently close an Account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach, security risk, legal requirement, payment dispute, verification failure, responsible-gambling concern or prolonged inactivity. Where lawful and appropriate, the reason and treatment of remaining funds will be communicated to the player.

Closing an Account does not remove obligations that arose beforehand, including valid payment liabilities, investigation rights and clauses intended to survive termination.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

VIT88 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, payment-provider outages, supplier issues or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Players should maintain a reliable internet connection and compatible device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIT88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from use of the service, loss of connectivity, reliance on displayed information or unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to protect credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Gambling losses resulting from validly accepted and correctly settled wagers remain the player's responsibility. VIT88 does not provide financial, investment or tax advice.

Complaints, Disputes and Contact

If you believe a transaction, game result or Account decision is incorrect, contact VIT88 support as soon as reasonably possible. Include your username, the date and time of the event, relevant transaction or wager reference, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full payment credentials.

VIT88 will review server logs, payment records, provider data and correspondence relevant to the complaint. Complex matters may require information from a game supplier or payment provider. You agree to cooperate reasonably and provide requested documents so that the review can be completed.

Changes, Severability and Entire Agreement

VIT88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, security, commercial or technical changes. Material revisions will be communicated through a reasonable website or Account notice. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept a change, you should stop using the service and request Account closure.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and applicable game or promotion rules, form the entire agreement concerning your use of VIT88. Section headings assist navigation and do not alter legal meaning.
